I agree that it's a good thing that this criminal has been caught but are you serious when you say he "totally looks like a drug addict"? His mug shot looks like any other - dazed, messy hair, whatever. It could be the mug shot of a shoplifter, a forgery suspect, a kid who wrote graffitt on a wall, a kid who had a fight. I just find it funny that someone would make a statement like that.
