KEARNY (Nov. 13, 2008) — The Smile Center issues a reminder to residents to take full advantage of their dental insurance monies for the year. As we get closer to the end of 2008, precious dental insurance dollars for the year will also come to an end. Any unused dollars will be lost. Therefore, if you or your family members have been postponing any dental treatment or check-ups, it would be to your advantage to have the treatment completed before the end of the year.  

Each year, your insurance company allots you a certain dollar amount of coverage for dental procedures that that are offered at The Smile Center — from routine exams and cleanings to more complex dental procedures. In preparing for a new year, many employers offer a benefit of setting aside pre-tax dollars for medical and dental needs. The center would like to offer its services to residents in estimating for next year.
