(Dec. 17, 2009) — Cheeto (ID#74807) is an adult pointer mix. Cheeto was abandoned with another dog. He does not show well in his kennel but once he is outside, he calms down and looks for attention. He was cautious at first, but warmed up nicely and was OK with handling. While he was OK with the other dog he arrived with, he now wants to be the only pet in your home. He wants all your love and does not want to share it with another dog. We recommend a home with no children under 12 and prior experience with an active dog. He walks nicely on a leash and sits by his handler's side to gets his ears rubbed and his head pet.
